We have all the best organic products you need. People find it difficult to believe that everything they have been told about cholesterol could be wrong. They especially have difficulty believing that their own doctors could be so wrong.
After all, these doctors went to medical school . . . and they use a lot of fancy medical jargon. That’s proof that they must know what they are talking about.

Mike asked:

No prescription drugs! Natural supplements that are sold over the counter.

The body protects you from a heart attack or stroke by binding-up dietary, metabolic and/or environmental acids with cholesterol. Bottom-line cholesterol is saving your life! You are at a greater risk for a heart attack or stroke with low cholesterol then with higher cholesterol if you are on an acidic lifestyle and diet. Why? Once again cholesterol does not cause heart attacks or strokes – metabolic and dietary acid causes heart attacks and strokes.

The Benefits of Organic Foods

The most common reason people eat organic foods is to decrease their exposure to harmful chemicals. People who wish to remain healthy, do so by eating fruits and vegetables. However, in the last fifty years with the growth of chemical fertilizers and genetic engineering, our food sources are at risk of contamination.

Organic food is defined as food from plants and animals that is produced without the use of chemical fertilizers, artificial pesticides or growth hormones. In the case of organic animal products, health conscious people are concerned about the use of hormones in animals and how that may be transferred to the animals’ products.

For example, most cows are given hormones to make them produce more milk. This has significantly changed the milk’s composition and researchers have shown that the hormones given to cows are also present in the milk we consume.

Another reason to east organic foods is to protect the industry and penalize large farms that use pesticides that are harmful to the environment. Manmade chemicals have been proven to harm to atmosphere, soils and to contaminate our water resources.
